This term our Inquiry concept is Money Matters. We have been talking about coins and notes and describing them. We have been learning to sort money into coins and notes and talk about why money is important?

Welcome back to school for an exciting term ahead.
This term our Inquiry Concept is "Money Matters".
We will be looking at New Zealand coins and notes.
There will be lots of talk on what money is, how we use
it and practical creative play experiences with play money.

From Tuesday, we will be located in Room 1
until there is further notice with the new Room 22 
and 23 building.

This term our Inquiry concept has been ‘Change’.

We have been doing kitchen based experiments, looking at chemical reactions, heating, cooling, mixing, dissolving and separating.  It has been a lot of fun.

Here are some pictures of Room 19 and 22 making Gingerbread Biscuits. When they were cooked, we waited for them to cool and then iced and decorated them. They were delicious!
